1. High Hardness
As determined by the Jiangxi Silicate Research Institute, its Rockwell hardness is HRA80-90, second only to diamond, far exceeding the wear resistance of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.
2. Excellent Wear Resistance
As determined by the domestic powder metallurgy research institute, its wear resistance is equivalent to 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high-chromium cast iron. According to our customer tracking survey over the past ten years, under the same working conditions, the service life of the equipment can be extended by at least ten times.
3. Lightweight
Its density is 3.5g/cm3, only half that of steel, which can greatly reduce the equipment load.
4. Strong Bonding, Good Heat Resistance
The ceramic pieces are bonded to the inner wall of the equipment using high-temperature strong adhesive. This adhesive is a patented product of our company, which can operate for a long time at 350℃ without aging. The inorganic adhesive for bonding products has a temperature resistance of 750℃. The temperature resistance and bonding strength of the adhesive are far ahead in China. This adhesive is designated by Pingxiang Shunpeng New Materials Co., Ltd. as a special adhesive for bonding wear-resistant ceramics in burners.
