SANYUAN HUAXIN SPECIAL CERAMICS
Micro-nano fiber silicon carbide material is made by mixing nano-scale silicon carbide powder and carbon-containing materials, and then forming them by casting, vacuum extrusion or isostatic pressing. After the finished blank is dried, it is placed in a vacuum electric furnace and sintered at a high temperature of more than 1700 degrees and high concentration of metallic silicon to form a new silicon carbide product. The sintered products have the following characteristics:
1. High temperature resistance, can be used for a long time within 1380℃.
2. High mechanical strength, hardness and flexural strength, 250 Mpa at room temperature (20℃), 285 Mpa at high temperature (1200℃°).
3. Good thermal stability, the shortest cycle of resisting rapid cooling and heating can reach 3 hours.
4. High thermal conductivity, high heat transfer efficiency, more than 1 times faster than ordinary kiln tools with the same amount of heat.
5. Strong oxidation resistance, good wear resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, widely used in hot fields such as metallurgy, machinery, energy, building materials, chemicals, and ceramics.
6. Micro-nano fiber silicon carbide material products kiln tools can be ultra-thin. Compared with traditional daily-use porcelain sintering tools, they have greater bearing capacity, small bending deformation in long-term use, less slag and other performance advantages, and the weight ratio of kiln tools to ceramic products is reduced from the traditional 3:1 to about 1:1, so when loading the same weight of ceramics, it can effectively save energy by more than 30%. If calculated based on the space of a single kiln car, the loading density of kiln car products can be increased by more than 15%, greatly improving the production capacity and quality of daily-use porcelain single kiln products.
