Ceramic plates are widely used due to their advantages such as high melting point, high strength, good conductivity and insulation performance at room temperature, and good conductivity at high temperatures. Feldspar porcelain, referring to a "feldspar-quartz-kaolin" ternary system porcelain using feldspar as a flux, is a typical representative of porcelain. Ceramic plates are a type of ceramic material mainly composed of alumina and used in thick-film integrated circuits. Alumina ceramics have good conductivity, mechanical strength, and high-temperature resistance. It should be noted that ultrasonic cleaning is required. Talc porcelain is made from talc as the main raw material, with appropriate amounts of clay and BaTi03, etc., through mixing, grinding, molding, and high-temperature sintering processes.
I. Appearance design, polishing, and grinding: This workflow focuses on the selected processing procedures and management processes.
1. Pay attention to the interval of the needle within a unit of time; do not move too fast.
2. Replace the needle immediately.
II. Thickness of the bracket during work: Before sintering, the minimum thickness of the bracket A is 0.7 mm. After sintering, it is not less than 0.4 mm.
III. Sintering: Before sintering, the debris generated during the polishing process should be removed to ensure a clean environment. After sintering, the size of the bracket will shrink by 25%. Therefore, it is essential to use a suitable sintering furnace (temperature can reach 1600℃ simultaneously).
IV. Opening the furnace: At 300℃, it is essential to have sufficient space in the sintering process to prevent deformation. If necessary (for larger structures), overall sintering is required, followed by disconnecting each support point after sintering. After sintering, the material can achieve the required process performance, such as a compressive strength of approximately 1200 MPa. Alumina ceramic materials have high compressive strength. If cracks are detected, problems usually appear during milling.
